Welcome to CoveLeafWander ("we," "our," or "us"). The Terms & Conditions ("Terms") delineated herein are applicable to your engagement with our yacht charter services and the website at coveleafwander.sbs (the "Service"), managed by CoveLeafWander.
Your reservation of a charter or use of our Service implies that you consent to these Terms. Should you not concur with any portion of these terms, you are not authorized to utilize the Service.
2. Service Overview
CoveLeafWander offers an array of upscale yacht charter services, inclusive of but not delimited to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Extended charters over multiple days
All services are subject to their existing conditions and may be affected by climatic factors. We maintain the authority to revise or cease services at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To secure a charter, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Submission of precise and complete details
- Paying the stipulated deposit as per the booking confirmation
- Acquiescence to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation is contingent upon the payment receipt and our subsequent written confirmation. We retain the right to decline service to any individual per our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters are subject to the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will make earnest efforts to reconcile your desired dates and times within our scheduling.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are expressed in € and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. The pricing structure is subject to change without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: Due amounting to 50% of the total charter cost upon reservation
- Balance: Payable 48 hours ahead of the charter's departure
- Incidental charges (if applicable): Charged upon the charter's culmination
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept an array of payment methods such as major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment proceedings are secured and encrypted for your protection.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With more than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less any processing charges
- Between 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours before departure: Unrefundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the event that our captain deems the weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:
- Reschedule the charter for a subsequent available slot without extra charges
- Process a complete refund should rescheduling be unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If mechanical setbacks occur with the vessel assigned to you, measures will be taken to offer an acceptable replacement. Should no such alternative be procurable, a refund in full will be issued.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All individuals on board must:
- Adhere to all directives issued by the crew
- Don the designated safety gear as required
- Communicate any health conditions that could affect their safety
- Stay within demarcated areas of the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
Certain items are strictly not permitted on board:
- Glassware
- Illicit substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Excessive quantities of beverages other than reasonable amounts for personal consumption
- Animals, barring those with prior authorization
6.3 Conduct
Behavior from passengers is expected to be respectful in nature. If conduct jeopardizes safety or infringes upon the enjoyment of other passengers, we hold the right to end the charter prematurely without any refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is confined to the charges paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries that manifest due to passenger negligence
- Personal belongings that are lost or damaged
- Indirect or consequential losses, as well as punitive damages
- Delays attributable to weather or factors out of our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive marine insurance is held to cover our fleet and operations. It is your prerogative to secure personal travel and insurance for belongings.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signifies an understanding that activities on water inherently present certain risks, for which you assume full responsibility relating to your safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We assert the right to adjust routes, schedules, or itineraries based on meteorological considerations, security precautions, or operational necessities. Our objective is to furnish comparable alternatives wherever feasible.
9. Force Majeure
Occurrences beyond our dominion, such as but not confined to the following, absolve us from liability for delays, cancellations, or service alterations:
- Extensive weather anomalies
- Natural calamities
- Legal edicts
- Port shutdowns
- Mechanical breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your confidential data in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you accept that your personal information will be utilized per the policy outlined.
11. Intellectual Property
