How early should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving at least two to three weeks prior, particularly in the high season (May through September). For business gatherings and private events, booking four to six weeks beforehand provides better availability and the chance for personalization.
What is the protocol if the weather turns bad?
Our highest concern is safety. In the event of unfavorable weather deemed by our captain, we will propose an alternate date or issue a complete return of payment. Our team keeps a close eye on weather forecasts and will alert you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure if the weather appears uncertain.
May I bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring personal food and drinks. Nevertheless, we also have excellent provisioning services and can tailor the menu to your taste. Kindly note that, due to safety concerns, glassware is prohibited on the vessels.
Do your boats accommodate individuals with mobility challenges?
We are dedicated to serving all guests. Some of our boats feature better facilities for accessibility than others. We encourage you to discuss any specific requirements during your reservation, and we will suggest the most suitable vessel and provide any necessary arrangements.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made 72 hours before departure, we offer a full refund. Those cancelled between 24 and 72 hours receive a half refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours from departure are generally non-refundable, except in cases involving inclement weather or machinery faults attributable to us.
